Anti-Bullying Lesson Plan KS1 & EYFS - Being a Great Friend

(0)
This Anti-Bullying Lesson plan is ideal for Early Years Foundation students and Key Stage 1 students. It can be used during Anti-Bullying Week, or alongside your curriculum. The Lesson Plan comes with a PowerPoint and is supported by two original Anti-Bullying Videos created by OpenView Education. **Video One: Celebrating Difference and Being a Good Friend. ** Students will meet the character of Milly who introduces the lesson. This video provides a fun and engaging way to to start the lesson and to introduce the topic of being a good friend. **Video Two: ‘Why is it Fun to Have a Friend Who is Different From Me?’ ** In this video Milly talks about her friend Philip who’s from Germany. Milly explains how Philip is different from her and how this allows her to learn new things. Learning Outcomes: Learn why it’s fun to have a friend who’s different from you. Learn how we can be a good friend. Understand why we shouldn’t tease or hurt others. Talk about what their friends and family do to help them. All of our Anti-Bullying Resources are informed from our work with thousands of students in our Anti-Bullying Workshops and performances delivered in primary and secondary schools. If you have any questions about the lesson plan, feel free to drop us an email at info@openvieweducation.co.uk or contact us directly on 0207 459 4473.
